Welcome to Clean Property Management. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. 1. Scope of Services

We provide professional cleaning services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, post-construction, and short-term rental cleaning. The scope of work for each engagement will be agreed upon in writing or through confirmed booking prior to service delivery.

2. Bookings and Scheduling

All service appointments must be scheduled in advance. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or written agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to the client.

3. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring that our team has timely and safe access to the property on the scheduled service date. Any delays due to lack of access may result in a rescheduling fee or partial service.

4. Client Obligations

Clients are expected to:

  • Secure valuables and remove fragile items prior to service.

  • Inform us of any special instructions, access codes, or areas that require specific attention or should be avoided.

  • Disclose any health hazards, safety concerns, or pet-related instructions in advance.

5. Payments and Fees

Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is due upon completion of service. Late or failed payments may result in a late fee or suspension of future services.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is to meet or exceed client expectations. If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply if the property was not made reasonably ready for cleaning.

While we exercise the utmost care and professionalism, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear.

  • Items not properly secured by the client.

  • Damage resulting from improper installation or unstable fixtures.

We carry appropriate insurance coverage for any damages that may occur due to proven negligence by our staff.

9. Use of Products

We use high-quality, environmentally responsible cleaning products unless otherwise requested. If clients request the use of their own products, we are not liable for any issues arising from their use.

10. Privacy and Data

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or during service bookings is used solely for communication and service delivery. We do not share client data with third parties without explicit consent.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
